Program Description

The advent of cognitive technologies is disrupting the nature of work. Organizations that successfully augment human performance with artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics will gain a competitive advantage. This session will bring together thought leaders with new solutions to paint a picture of the digitally-enabled workplace. Learn how to design and adopt flexible management and talent practices that enable the new network-based organization.

Matt Barney, HR leader-turned-tech entrepreneur, will lead a panel discussion with experts actively involved in the digitization of business. They will address what it takes to transform workplaces with new technologies. The panel will enumerate the impact on work as we know it today and explore implications on talent management practices, sharing case studies from organizations that have successfully transitioned to the digital age. Participants will work through a series of thought-provoking questions to accelerate their own talent practices.
